The Arizona State University is a public research university spread out on five campuses in and around the Phoenix metropolitan area in Arizona. It is one of the largest public universities in the United States based on student enrollment numbers alone, with more than 80,000 undergraduates and 20,000 postgraduates attending the university’s campuses in fall 2019. Another 38,000 of the student body are attending classes online.
With such a large population, Arizona State provides a number of customized IDs that allow its students to easily access services and resources that the university provides. One of these IDs is the ASURITE ID, which is an ID that is given to all students once they apply for admission. This ID is used to access a student’s personal records, as well as any online computing services from the university. As long as the person is associated with ASU (as a student, faculty, or staff) the ASURITE ID will remain active for use.
ASURITE Login Process
Here’s how to login to the Arizona State University’s online portal using your ASURITE ID:
- . The login page can be accessed through the sign in button located on the top right of the website. Alternatively, you could also click on “My ASU”, which is located next to the ASU Home button, and it will take you to the same page.
- which would give you the activation code. If you still can’t find the code, you would have to visit the university’s Help Center personally, or call them at 1-855-278-5080.
- Once you’ve filled up the user id and password fields on the login page, click on sign in. You can also opt to click on the Remember my user ID toggle box if you don’t want to go through the whole sign in process again on your computer. However, if you’re using a public computer, make sure that this is uncheck to prevent other people from accessing your account. Remember, your ASURITE ID and password is confidential; protect it as you would your other personal online accounts.
- If you ever forget your password, you can easily have it recovered by clicking on the Forgot ID/password button on the login page. Here you can either provide your ASURITE ID number, your ASU ID number (your campus ID number at the university- this is different from the ASURITE ID and is unique to ASU), or your US social security number. If you also don’t know what your ID number is, you would have to provide personal details like your first and last name, as well as birth date for you to recover your account.
